Shipping and Returns
We ship via UPS or USPS generally on the next business day. Orders with custom manufactured products ship after the custom product is completed. If you have any special requirements, including a must-have-by date, please call and we can help you figure out which shipping option to use.
All web site orders must be paid by Visa, Master Card or American Express in US dollars. If you don't have a credit card, we accept Money Orders, please call to make your order.
Shipping Costs: You will see the cost for each shipping option as you check out so you can choose the one you prefer.
Shipping via UPS: UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. We will email your tracking number to you on the day we ship. The email will contain a link to the UPS website where you can find out where your package is, and when it should arrive.
Shipping via USPS: First Class Mail cannot be tracked, however, we have found the postal service to be highly reliable. We ship from Massachusetts, and have found that First Class usually takes one day to NY, and 5 days to California.
Several levels of service are available from UPS and USPS. All duties, tariffs, VAT or custom duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected upon delivery. Sorry, but we can’t predict what will happen when your package arrives in your country. Generally it’s pretty quick, but sometimes things get stuck in customs.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or replace Dance Paws for any reason with international orders.
If you are unsatisfied with your Paws, please contact us for return authorization. We will accept returns only
- within 30 days of the original purchase
- in new condition (no signs of wear)
- where the toe holes have not been trimmed
- with the original invoice
- in the original packaging
- ordered from Dance Paws in the US
Please note the reason for return. We will exchange the item for another model, size, or color, or if you prefer, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the Paws, less the cost of shipping.
We take great pride in the quality of Dance Paws. If you have a problem after 30 days, please contact us so we can try to find a solution.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
